Times out constantly. Periodically stops allowing you to log in using fingerprint, forces to use password, then gives error message about not being able to connect. Remote deposit constantly glitches and doesn't recognize checks. Displays error message "please try again later" and continues to time out. All of this wouldn't be such a big deal if it didn't seem to happen every few weeks. 23 people found this review helpful
The app is great for a quick check on my account balances... other than that, it's useless. Any other option i choose to use comes up with an "error/not available at this time" message. I absolutely love RFCU so this isn't a deal breaker for me but as someone who doesn't drive & tries to do everything from home, it'd be so much better if the extra features would actually work 15 people found this review helpful
Is a fairly good app, pretty much everything you need is there. My only problem with it and therefore the reason for only 4 stars, is that the system seems to be down ALOT. Seems like most of the time when I'm really needing to check my account for something it will come up with a system unavailable right now or something to that effect. Does Redstone Federal Credit Union do wire transfers?There is a $16 fee to process a Domestic Wire Transfer from your Redstone Federal Credit Union® account. Domestic Wires are sent Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays. Requests received via fax or email after 4:15 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
How long does it take for money to transfer from credit union to bank?Direct Debits take 5 working days to clear. Money received by standing order or through Electronic Funds Transfer can take one to two days to cross accounts but, after that, they are cleared straight away.
How do I send money through Zelle Redstone Federal Credit Union?Log into online banking or Redstone's mobile banking app. Online Banking: Go to the Transfers tab and select Send Money with Zelle. Mobile Banking App: Select More from the menu, then tap Send Money with Zelle.
