Department Summary: The administration department provides the backbone of TORCHSTAR CORP's operation. In additional to the overall finance, administration, and operation function, the administration team also oversees human resource; data analysis; reporting; business development; communication and coordination. Job Summary: The Entry Level Office Assistant will employ a variety of analytical techniques to provide tools, reports, and resources to support data driven decision making for the administration team which will further the operation optimization, human resource management, and business development of the TORCHSTAR CORP. Additionally, this position will have oversight of the TORCHSTAR CORP department report database and monitor department performance from integrity of data, integration of overlay systems, and will execute reporting mechanisms to relay changes in department workloads and engagement behavior. The Entry Level Office Assistant also provides administrative support to the directors and performs routine administrative tasks for the corporate office.
