Cook the ham in a 300˚ oven for 10-15 minutes per pound until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140˚. While the ham is baking in the oven, mix the ingredients together for the glaze and set it aside. When the ham comes to temperature, remove the foil and spread the glaze over the entire ham and in between the slices.
