Make sure you are signed in at tv.youtube.com on a web browser. Do this on a PC, preferably. Now, access your membership settings by clicking the profile picture, and then selecting Settings > Membership. Now, find HBO Max and select it.
It will show you to price of the subscription, which is $14.99 per month. Click on the ‘Agree’ button to add HBO Max to your YouTube TV.
