Tickets

Now that you know what to eat. It’s time to decide where to go. The Universal Studios Orlando Resort is home to three parks. With a Universal Orlando Resort ticket, you can choose between Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure or upgrade and pick both.

Film and pop culture enthusiasts will enjoy Universal Studios more since its attractions are based on movies like Despicable Me, The Simpsons, and Transformers. On the other hand, thrillseekers will love Islands of Adventure for its hair-raising rides like The Incredible Hulk Coaster and Skull Island. The good news for Harry Potter fans is you can choose either park. You’ll find Diagon Alley at Universal Studios while Hogsmeade is located at Islands of Adventure.

If one day isn’t enough for you, a great option is the Universal Studios Orlando multi-day ticket with access to the two parks. There’s also the choice to upgrade and get entry for the third park, Volcano Bay. Unlike the others, Volcano Bay is a full-fledged water park perfect for some fun under the sun with the kids.

Which is better Leaky Cauldron or three broomsticks?

If you want a more authentic version of theme park British fare, then Leaky Cauldron should be your choice. If you want non-traditional less themed theme park food, then Three Broomsticks may be your better choice.

Is the food better at Disney or Universal?

Dining value Disney has far more table-service dining (with or without characters – we don't judge), but Universal's can be more affordable; you will be paying a lot more for a family of four to eat at the high-end Tiffins restaurant at Animal Kingdom than you will at Mythos in Islands of Adventure.
