Nicole Stephen has been dealing with anxiety most of her life in some capacity. Recently, through high school, it reached a level that required medical intervention to help her cope with normal daily tasks that overwhelmed her. Writing and working through the original first Yes I Have Anxiety book has helped her cope with her anxiety when it starts to creep in. She posted a video of one of her pages on Tik Tok and it went viral. She sold 2500 copies of her book overnight!

2021 was a year of dramatic growth for both Nicole and her brand new company. She brought on her sister Natilee Stouya and her mom Misti Stephen who both had experience in business. Together they created a company that in it’s first year created 8 books and sold over 100,000 copies worldwide! They now have a trademark for Yes I Have and are on track to create an additional 20 books in the Yes I Have series in 2022. They will be traveling the country beginning January 8, 2022 to spread the news of their books and how they can help distract from daily struggles that we all have. You can follow their journey and the behind the scenes on their you tube channel.
