Delivery Policy
1- LOCAL THRESHOLD DELIVERY - $75
Delivery Area: Virginia,Maryland,New Jersey,Discrit Of Colombia
Right Inside the Door: We’ll bring your delivery
inside the front door of your home.
Assembly Required: This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
Signature and ID Required: A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt.
Report Damage Promptly: You must notify Win Win Furniture about any concealed damage by calling (703) 459-5621 within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivered in the Box: You’ll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and discard all packaging materials.
2- ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY - $125
Delivery Area: Virginia,Maryland,New Jersey,Discrit Of Colombia
Delivery to a room of your choice: We’ll bring your delivery to a room of your choice within your residence.
Assembly Required: This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. Since items will be
in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.

3- WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY - $199

Reminders: We'll email and text to confirm your delivery time and let you know when your furniture is on its way.
Inspection: We’ll thoroughly look over your new furniture, plus clean and correct any minor defects.
Delivery: Delivery to the room of your choice. Our delivery team provides real-time arrival estimates. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required.
Demonstration: We’ll show you all the fun features of
your new furniture and teach you how to use it!
Assembly: We’ll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it.
Cleanup: We’ll remove all packaging materials and put them back on the truck for recycling & disposal.
4- NATIONWIDE CURBSIDE DELIVERY - FROM $299
Delivery Area: Virginia,Maryland,New Jersey,Discrit Of Colombia
Cart Total up to $2,999 - $299
Cart Total between $3,000 and $3,999 - $399
Cart Total over
$4,000 - $499
In case of refusing or returning the shipment, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

• We offer next-day delivery in the Virginia area for the products that display "IN-STOCK". If these
products are ordered by 11 am Tuesday to Saturday, they will be delivered the same day. If they are ordered after 11 am, delivery will be the next business day. Same-Day Delivery is not available Sundays and Mondays. Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in delivery capacity and shipping volumes, may delay the delivery of your order.
• We ship the products which display "IN STOCK" the next business day to other locations. Delivery date depends on the
destination. However, after shipment, it usually takes 1 to 10 business days for Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Temple, Killeen, Waco, College Station, and Bryan areas & their surroundings, and 1 to 6 weeks for the other locations including out-of-state addresses.
• Items with the "IN STOCK" label are ready for delivery. Items that do not have this label will be back-ordered from the vendor after your order is received. The delivery date may vary depending on the availability
of the products from vendor companies, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes, and force majeure.
• Please note that changes in inventory or delivery capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order.

Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:
Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed.
Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.

Win Win Furniture reserves the to right cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost-related issues on out-of-state orders without prior
notice.
We inspect and ship all merchandise in factory manufactured condition unless stated or requested otherwise. Likewise, we make every effort by meticulous palletizing and/or thorough packaging to prevent partial loss or damage of merchandise. In case of loss or damage of shipments en route, after the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim against the freight company. In certain cases, Win Win Furniture, at its whole discretion, may choose to
arrange a repair service when/where possible and/or applicable. Monetary compensation of any amount will never be an option if insurance or freight liability or repair is a possible remedy of any level or kind. By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed and/or fulfilled in the state of TX where our HQ is located.
