• Blue Crab are ONLY sold by the bushel, a 40 pound crate, no exceptions
• They MUST be ordered by 5pm on Monday prior to pick up for Thursday or Friday. No Saturday pick ups. 
• All crabs MUST be picked up on Thursday or Friday at the latest, the day they are delivered to us. No exceptions and no refunds if you do not pick up on Friday. Crabs will not be held over for a another day pick up and there will be no refund. 
• Crabs are coming from Beaufort, SC and are graded as #1 Jimmies, blue crab – Captain Jerry Gault 
• You will have some loss of crab and this IS expected. We are not in Maryland on the coastal waters, we are in Charlotte, NC, 4 hours from the nearest beach and crabs are delicate. No refunds. 
• We will not be selling #2 crabs or females at all
• We will not open the container of crabs and put in a cooler for you, and we suggest you bring a cooler. Please put crab in your cooler outside the market
• We will provide you with ice for free if you need some
• Crabs will be very cold and dormant from being delivered in a refrigerated truck. They will become more active as they warm up. We recommend you consume crabs the same day.
