What would you do mom cant afford food

My parents are divorced and my mother is currently unemployed. My father has decided to help her with a certain amount of money every month that should cover our necessities. The thing is, my mother is horrible at managing money and justifies every purchase she makes as 'we needed this'. She is usually out during the day and I'm home alone with cookies and that's about it. My breakfast has consisted of cookies for a while now and I get to school hungry asf. At school I eat like 3 plates so I don't get hungry at home and end up eating cookies. I have been going to the gym and it is really hard to gain muscle mass only eating cookies and such so I try to make the most out of my school's lunch.

When I'm with my father (every other weekend) it's totally different, as one would expect. My mother has been doing Uber for a while but she only does it during the week but if I try to advise her to work on the weekends - when people actually are going somewhere - she will feel insulted as if I think she is not doing enough.

What can or should I do?
