The only assembly required is putting the legs on which is easy enough just gotta flip the TV on its back. Requires a screwdriver. As soon as its out of the box I have to say it looks very nice, it doesn't feel like cheap material in the slightest and the TV itself had a good even weight to it. The setup was easy as there's a guide to tell you what to do. Visual settings are kind of a pain in the rear to get just right but in the end a quick youtube guide helped out. The TV auto swaps through video modes depending on what video enhancers you have selected which can be annoying when you have to change your settings on each one. That being said the TV offers 4k UHD. It works on my Xbox and looks okay just a little blurry I've noticed like it just barely is able to do 4K. Sounds meh sometimes its really loud othertimes I can't hear well at all, there is a hdmi spot for a soundboard or such to help that. To summarize, its worth it. Picture is up to today's standards, sounds good, easy enough to operate and has smart settings. Family mode, video modes and surround sounds etc. Not as much money as other TV'S.
