First-Class Mail International is the most economical way to send letters, large envelopes, and packages up to 4 pounds worldwide. Select First-Class Mail International when for any item up to 4 lbs. with a maximum size of 36” in length and distance around thickest part combined.
- Rates vary depending on weight and distance.
- All mailpieces must be clearly marked "PAR AVION-AIRMAIL".
- Postcards cannot weigh more than 1oz.
- Letters cannot weigh more than 3.5oz.
- Large Envelopes and Flats cannot weigh more than 64oz.
- Packages cannot be more than 24" long and 36" in combined dimensions.
- Customs Forms must be filled out if sending any item containing merchandise or weighing more than 1 lb.
- You are responsible for any destination-country Customs fees.
Priority Mail International is the flagship USPS international service. Ship to over 190 countries using your own packaging or select from many flat rate packaging options for shipping heavy items. Select Priority Mail International for any item up to 66 lbs. with a maximum size of 79” in length and distance around thickest part combined. With Priority Mail International the USPS will provide FREE envelopes and boxes as well as a flat rate envelope option available in our Online Store.

- For parcels, use Priority Mail International Flat-Rate packaging or your own packaging.
- Package weight limits vary by country, up to 70 pounds.
- Package dimensional limits also vary by country, but can typically be no more than 46 inches in length and 108 inches combined dimensions.
- Country-specific weight and dimensional limits are in the USPS International Mail Manual.
- Packages must at least be large enough to completely contain the shipping label, including customs form and postage, on one side.
- All Mailpieces must be clearly marked PAR AVION-AIRMAIL. Our Shipping labels identify mailpiece as International
- Any item containing merchandise or that weighs 1 pound or more must have the appropriate customs forms filled out.
- You are responsible for any destination-country customs fees.

You will not be provided a tracking number with:

- Priority Mail International Small Flat-Rate Boxes
- or when mailing to any location not judged a "Major Destination"
