How do I log into my Global Entry account?

If you have already migrated your account, go to https://ttp.dhs.gov to log in. You will need the email address and password you used when you set up your account.

Can I update Global Entry online?

Changes in any documents that you used to establish your Global Entry account, such as your passport can be updated online in your Global Online Enrollment System, or GOES, account. Changes to immigration status must be made in person with appropriate documentation at a Global Entry Enrollment Center.

How do I check if my Global Entry is still valid?

Q: How do I find out when my Global Entry membership expires? A: You can find your Global Entry expiration date by logging into your Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account. If it's going to expire within one year, select the blue “Renew Application” button under “Program Membership” and proceed accordingly.

Is there a Global Entry app?

CBP's Mobile Passport Control (MPC) is a free smartphone and tablet app that allows travelers to process their international arrivals before walking up to a CBP officer in the inspection station.
