Transfer google play app to another account

Here is some information I've collected on how to move forward with this problem. As instructed, I've added quoted information from the pertinent pages in case the links expire:

What about if an account has been hacked or is the ongoing target of a phishing attack? Is there no way to transfer apps under these circumstances? Where do I complain to Google about this?

From a Google Support Search (https://support.google.com/mail/search?q=transfer+app+account):

The first link has the most upvotes, but is locked. The second refers the question to Google Play Support, so search (https://support.google.com/googleplay/search?q=transfer+app+account):

How to transfer purchases from one google account to another https://support.google.com/googleplay/thread/9838585?hl=en

How can I transfer these purchases? I don't want them existing in both places. I will NEVER go back and want them there (this is a very old yahoo-email based google account -- before marrying, I created a gmail account that would have my maiden name, if you are worried about divorce). I want to be able to open up my google play, and see anything and everything I can download. I don't want to repurchase the items, because I already bought them and I own them already.

The first two are locked, and the last question has 165 upvotes and is a very legitimate situation. You can Subscribe to get updates on any official development, and upvote as well.

Transfer google play app to another account

If you start using a new Google account on your Android device and you own apps that are tied to another Google Play account, you may want to add those apps to your device using these steps.

Unfortunately, there is no way to actually move apps from one Google account to another. Even if you contact Google about it, they will not be able to help you. However, you can add the old account to your Android and install any of the apps on both accounts. Just use these steps.

Note: These steps assume you are already running your Android device that is already tied to the newer Google account you are using.

  1. Open “Settings” > “Accounts“. (Menu may be differently worded depending on version of the Android OS or device)
  2. Select “Add account“.
  3. Select “Google“, then go through the steps to sign your Android into the old account.
  4. Once the other Google account is added, open the “Google Play” app.
  5. Select the “Menu

button located at the upper-left corner of he screen.
  6. Select the small arrow next to your google account, then choose the other account listed.
  7. Select “Menu
Transfer google play app to another account
     > “My apps” to download and install the apps that are purchased under the other account.
