Grand Illinois Bike Tour —  A supported bike ride around the central Illinois. The loop starts and ends at McLean County’s Comlara County Park with overnights in East Peoria (one night), Normal (two nights) and Pontiac (two nights). Check website for more details. Sponsored by Ride Illinois, a bike advocacy organization. Dates: June 12-17, 2022

Ride the Fault — Cycle along parts of the New Madrid earthquake fault line through 4 states in 7 days. Experience the varying scenery and terrain of the states of Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee while enjoying unique history and southern hospitality. Dates: Returns in June 2023 (Return in 2022 delayed by tornado damage.)

Let’s Ride Illinois — A collection of individual bike rides around the state. Sponsored by Ride Illinois. Dates: Sept. 9-18, 2022

Ride Across Illinois (RAIL) North — Crosses the entire state of Illinois in one day; 175 miles from Moline to downtown Chicago. Presented by Bicycle Illinois. Dates: June 19, 2022

Ride Across Illinois (RAIL) South — The 165-mile route crosses Illinois from St. Louis, Missouri, to Vincennes, Indiana, in one day. Presented by Bicycle Illinois. Date: June 25, 2022

Bicycle Illinois (formerly Bicycllinois) routes cyclists over about 550 miles of road. The ride leaves from Cairo and ends in Chicago, with overnight stops in Carbondale, Centralia, Effingham, Champaign and Kankanee. Dates: Aug. 20 – 26, 2022

Tri-State Bike Tour visits Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin in one day of riding 85 miles, with a century option. Begins in Hammond, Indiana, and travels along Lake Michigan to Kenosha, Wisconsin. Presented by Bicycle Illinois. Dates: July 17 & Aug. 27, 2022

Tour de Stoogesoffers five routes of 15, 22, 31, 42 and 64 miles in southwestern Illinois. Lunch and slapstick comedy following the ride. Meets at McKendree University, Lebanon, Ill. Date: May 7, 2022

Due to City of Charlotte Park reservation lead times and significant demand for Park access, we are not able to offer rain dates. If we had to cancel the event for weather or any other reason, there will be no refunds issued.

Fundraise Rewards Overview:
*Must fundraise a minimum of $100 but look at the rewards you can earn.  The rewards are cumulative meaning you will first earn the   
*T-shirt at $100, then the DeFeet Socks at $200, the Primal Race Jersey at $500, Primal Bibs at $750, and then a Wahoo cycle computer or Rival watch at $1,000, and a chance to compete for the top prize by being the highest individual fundraiser with at least $1,200 or more raised.

For all of the cycling and walking routes, anyone under 18 years of age must have an assigned registered adult riding or walking with them. Helmets with chin strap fastened are required for ALL riders. Ear buds are NOT allowed during this ride. Flashing headlights and taillights are strongly encouraged especially with the large amounts of shade on the routes.  These are OPEN course routes. These are OPEN course routes.
