Earlier this year, Toys “R” Us announced their comeback in every Macy’s in America. NYC’s Macy’s Herald Square opened their own 14,000-square-foot in-store shop today. The grand opening festivities will carry through October 23rd, inviting families to take part in tons of interactive events. HARLEM MEET AFRICA is the city’s newest global music festival, and it’s kicking off on Sunday, October 16th. A one day free concert will take place from 3pm-7pm at Richard Rodgers Amphitheater in Marcus Garvey Park. The show is specially “produced by Harlem residents for the Harlem community.” Participating performers include Harlem Drum Group, Bailo Bah, Lindsey Wilson, Rylie And Cody, Missia Saran Diabaté, Hervé. 9. Get spooked at the best Halloween house in all of NYC

Climbing skeletons, ghoulish ghosts, and haunted clowns await at Brooklyn’s beloved Halloween house. The Victorian Queen Anne-style home located on the corner of Albemarle Road and Argyle Roadhe, makes an annual appearance every spooky season, and is rumored to be the handiwork of award-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire. 10. Meet the Radio City Rockettes in Times Square

The Radio City Rockettes are kicking off the season early with an exciting meet-and-greet in Times Square this weekend! New Yorkers are welcome to meet the dazzling dancers at the Old Navy in Times Square from 12pm-1pm on Saturday, October 15th. They will also be filming their first performance of the season that will be available to the public on Old Navy’s YouTube channel come Monday, October 17th.
