If you have outdoor space, send them outside to play running games (capture the flag, kick the can); it’s just as much fun for teens as it is for kids. Add two paint cans and a rope for a tug of war (each player stands on a can and the one who falls off first loses), several hula-hoops, bocce ball or corn hole, and a jump rope. They’ll love it.
