Should i delete my facebook account if its been hacked

Q: How long does it take for Facebook to delete a hacked account?

Someone hicked my facebook account and changed my password and is pretending to be me for the past 3 weeks,how do I deactivate the account when I have nothing to prove that I am the owner of the occount since the hacker changed all my details. Please help me deactivate my account.

Hello,
I was hacked and my password and email were changed
I no longer have complete access because even my security question was changed
I am being bullied and manipulated
I want to block and delete my hacekd account permanently
But I can't seem to find my account
Nobody can see it
Please help
