• • Open a web browser and go to spectrum.net. This is also where you can create an account if you don’t already have one.
  • Next, sign in to your Spectrum account with your username and password. If you’re having trouble remembering your username and password click on “Forgot Username or Password” and follow the prompts.
  • Once signed in, click on the “Services” tab and select “Internet”.
  • To get to your gateway or router, select the blue down arrow to view more information. This is where your SSID and WiFi password is displayed.
  • Enter the new network info and click “Save”. You’re done!

  • Launch the app and sign in to your Spectrum account with your username and password. If you don’t have an online account already, you can create one.

  • Select “Update” if you want to change either the SSID or password.
