I like design and ability to turn all lights completely off during night time, i am using distilled water only as recommended, but red lights are ON every 1.5 gallon of vapored water, that mean i have to clean a ultrasonic plate and if i have water inside i have to pour it out, clean it and filled up with fresh water and when the air is dry its basically every other day maintenance which is every 48 h humidifier is working … this is a big disadvantage

I’ve only used this for one night but I had to check to make sure it was even on! I like that it can be adjusted, just wish I could turn off the sound because it freaks my dogs out when I try to set it at night. Looks beautiful though and does humidify the room though!

Great value. It’s really large, but I recommend if you want a humidifier. It does the job.

I got this humidifier for my indoor plants. I love that I can set it to keep the humidity at 55% and it just turns on and off by itself. It’s also very easy to refill with the removable lid and top fill tank 10/10 would recommend

I bought three cheaper humidifiers before making this investment in this one. All three cheaper ones died and this one is PERFECT. Completely quiet, the easiest to clean of all 4 that I’ve tried, easy to use and even includes a cartridge to help with hard water. I will never go back to cheap humidifiers after using this high quality one! It’s worth every penny.

I bought this and truly loved it for the three months I've had it. My water is generally pretty clean, but the 'clean the filter notification is truly coming on every few days. I understand it needs to be filled as it uses the water, so filling it up once or twice a week was fine because at least it was working. Now - it still works but the buttons no longer work once the unit is on and I have zero control over the settings. Today, I noticed it was running on the highest mist setting even though I always set it to the lowest. I went over to change it and none of the buttons respond. I can't even turn it off using the power button. I unplug it, leave it unplugged for a bit, plug it back in, and then suddenly the power button works - I can turn it back on. But once it is back on, it's at the highest mist setting and I can't turn it off or use any of the other buttons to change any of the other settings. Odd because I only see others with the opposite issue, where it will not turn on at all. Last night it turned itself off saying there was no water when there definitely was water in it. I turned it off, cleaned out the base, and refreshed the water in the tank, but it still wouldn't turn on. I left it to sit for an hour and then I could turn it on, and now this morning the buttons are all unusable. Is it pretty, yes. Does mine technically still do what it's supposed to do, yes. But this hassle is intense and I'm quickly realizing why they stopped making these units and why you can't even buy them directly from their website. Check the website reviews and it's CLEAR that these units malfunction more often than not.
