The Guest Service is Outstanding

There were numerous rave reviews about how fabulous the service is here. Guests often talked about how the staff went above and beyond to be professional, but treated them warmly as if they were family. They also commented how the front desk staff would always acknowledge them while passing.

positive:

The Cooked-To-Order Breakfast is Delicious

Guests were very impressed by how tasty the breakfast was. There are several options that are made specially for you after ordering, but you also have the option of selecting items from a buffet while waiting for that food to arrive. .

After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room information in the center of the screen, then clicking on the "Book Now" button on the right side of the screen. After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a "Complete your booking" form. Then you will need to review the "Details of your stay" and fill in the blanks on the "Guest Details" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly.

After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "Complete reservation" button. To ensure your security, we use a secure commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.

Pros:Overall great stay. The room and hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Loved the large flat screen tv with direct tv. Normally hotels just have crappy cable and it's always a pain to change channels but this having direct tv was awesome. Loved the in room kuereg coffee maker with k cups. Definitely a step up from the normal drip coffee machines normally found in hotels. And if that's not good enough for you, Starbucks is literally right next door. Loved the fact the pool and gym is 24hrs. Although the indoor heated pool wasn't warm enough on the day I went in June but the spa was nice. The restaurant inside the hotel was a little over priced for what you get and breakfast isn't complimentary. Even so I would for sure stay here again.

Lodging on a Cross Country bike trip

On our Portland to Portland trip, you will stay in a blend of high-end luxury hotels, resorts, rustic lodges, national chains, and some motels. First and last nights of the trip and most rest days are spent in luxurious, full-service hotels. Along the way, we use a number of hotels from national chains such as Best Western and Holiday Inn due to their consistent quality and service. Due to the nature of the trip, we also pass through some areas where accommodations are limited, and here we have secured the best local accommodations available - including some basic lodgings in family-run roadside motels. We've provided descriptions of the trip start, end, and rest day hotels on the hotels tab. Every effort has been made to secure the best lodging and dining available, but in some rural parts of the country, our options are limited and may not meet the quality criteria of every guest. Single Occupancy does not guarantee a private room for each night of the Portland to Portland trip. We make every effort to book as many rooms as needed, however, we stay overnight in many small towns and some of them do not have enough hotel rooms to accommodate a large group. If the trip is at or near maximum capacity, you may share a room for up to five nights.
