hotel is a 5 minute walk from 13th Street Metro on the other side of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. In addition, the hotels city center location is very close to Philadelphia City Hall and other points of interest are not too far away. I was located on the 10th floor and my room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with fridge, coffee machine, microwave, room safe and also good storage space. My bed was also comfortable and I slept soundly with no noise issues. The
complimentary breakfast buffet was also of a good standard with cereals, hot offerings (eggs, bacon and sausage), breads, pastries and you could also make your own waffles courtesy of the waffle machines. In summary, I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Philadelphia and I’d highly recommend this hotel to business and leisure travellers. conditions & facilities We have 4 people (2 adults and 2 teens) and booked a 2 Queen room- paid in full in advance. We arrived and they had given away all of their Queen rooms and told us they could only give us a king and 1 roll away. I refused and demanded a supervisor who after a few minutes “found” a 2 Queen room. We had to wait about 20 min for it to be cleaned. How can you pay for a room in advance and then it’s given away?

The room cleaning personnel was very rude, I requested a bottle of water from
one of the ladies and she denied it, saying that the pack of water was not opened and she wasn't allow to open it. I thought that was weird. The location is great, walking distance to many historical atractions. Checked in at 9pm after leaving work and it went smooth no problem thanks to the friendly service at the front desk. The room was great, cozy & made it a relaxing stay. Glad I also got to explore Chinatown
