This is the rear center bearing on the rear driveshaft

I have an 07 AWD that has started "thumping" under acceleration. I feel it in the floor and is load dependent not speed. It feels like the driveshaft support bushings are bad so i laid under to check it out...

Well i can move the drive shaft around a fair bit with my bear hand, but there seems to be no play in the u joints. Can the bushing/support be replaced or does ford expect you to buy a whole new driveshaft to replace a piece of rubber? Can anyone confirm my suspicions regarding this issue?
