After a slow-paced intro straight from the church, the song moves into a mid to uptempo rhythm & blues setting with female backing vocals and a soulful, forceful vocal from Etta as she describes the wonderful feelings she is experiencing, which only love could possibly explain.
The even better "Waiting for Charlie to Come Home" is a beautiful, slow-paced R&B ballad with a near stop-time arrangement, led by guitar and drums and soaring strings, Etta delivering a deeply passionate, pleading, forlorn vocal as she awaits the return of her ex-lover who she knows in her heart will never come back to her:-

The eleventh of her 30 hits with black audiences, "Something's Got a Hold on Me" debuted on the Billboard Music Week Hot R&B Sides on 3 March 1962, rising to #4 whilst remaining on the list for 15 weeks.
Also a crossover success, her twelfth of 28 in the pop market, the song entered the Billboard Music Week Hot 100 on 24 February 1962, achieving a highest ranking of #37 in its 12 weeks stay.
"Waiting For Charlie to Come Home" failed to garner airplay in competition with the A-side, and did not chart in either the black or white markets.
Unfortunately, the footnote ends there, so there's not much in the way of detail about what these restrictions are or how long they'd remain in effect in a potential post-acquisition world. Given COD's continued non-appearance on Game Pass, you've got to imagine the restrictions are fairly significant if they're not an outright block on COD coming to the service. Either way, the simple fact that Microsoft is apparently willing to maintain any restrictions on its own ability to put first-party games on Game Pass is rather remarkable, given that making Game Pass more appealing is one of the reasons for its acquisition spree.
The irony of Sony making deals like this one while fretting about COD's future on PlayStation probably isn't lost on Microsoft's lawyers, which is no doubt part of why they brought it up to the CMA. While it's absolutely reasonable to worry about a world in which more and more properties are concentrated in the hands of singular, giant megacorps, it does look a bit odd if you're complaining about losing access to games while stopping them from joining competing services.
