Hello, I am Kristen, my husband Dusten and I are a small AKC breeder of longhair miniature dachshunds. We are located in Shafter, California (near Bakersfield). My husband works full time and I am lucky to be a stay at home mom with our children and all of our fur babies. We have both always had so much love for animals. We live in the middle of a gorgeous orchard with a lot of grass and big beautiful trees. We have our dogs, horses, and chickens roaming the yard. We love being able to share this lifestyle with our children and teach them the responsibilities of carrying for animals. We spend our days home caring for all of our animals, there is always something to be done. Our dogs enjoy going for walks where they get to run freely through the orchards. We take pride in giving our animals the best life we can for them. All of our puppies are born and cared for inside of our home where we can watch over them and our mamas 24/7. We do our best to raise the best puppies we can and to place them in the best homes where they will be spoiled for the rest of their lives.

We are located near San Diego, California

We have owned long haired miniature dachshunds since 1987. Our first dachshund was a beautiful Black and Tan girl who was born in Cardigan, Wales. Since that time we have never been without dachshunds in our home! In 2006 we brought home our first English Cream dachshund, who is still with us 16 years later!

All of our dogs live as part of our family and their puppies are raised in our home, receiving lots of cuddles and socializing before meeting new parents.

Andrea works from our ranch and is with our dogs all day and every day. The dogs live a life of bathing in California sunshine, digging for gophers and resting on our couches.

We welcome out-of-state homes and work with new parents to receive their puppies through ground transport, flight nannies, airport meet-ups or pick up from our home.

We are dachshund lovers first and breeders only to a few select litters of quality
