We frequently stay at a Hilton two three times per year and most times it's at Embassy Suites. This was below the standard. First room was accessed by outside entry, which both outside walk and room were not clean. We asked to move to an inside room, which was much clean and smelled fresh; however, there was no water pressure in the sink basins and it took at least five 10 minutes to get hot. When turning on the cold water, there immediately was not hot water.The shower worked fine. We asked three times about getting it fixed. On.

Nice hotel, room was clean, accommodating all five of us. Did not have shuttle to airport or any Disney property except Magic Kingdom which had a return time of 4:30, if you don't have a car, transportation can be pricey. Breakfast bar was very average. Pool was nice, COVID rules include no ice, mask at all time and room is cleaned every five days.

Hotel is outdated and in need of an update. Breakfast was lackluster. The omelette was delicious but the rest of the breakfast options tasted horrible. Hotel charges for parking but each night we had to park in the grassy area behind the parking lot due to inadequate parking available. There are so many options in this area and Embassy Suites really needs to step up if they want to call themselves a “resort”.

We usually stay at Embassy Suites but a bit taken back by this particular property. Stayed in room 303. Carpet was soaking wet in the closet which produced a funky mildew Oder. Got sick when I arrived home. The phones in the room did not work and they expected us to swap out the phones for new ones at the front desk.ordered room service by calling the hotel on our cell phones..

I realize there's a hurricane warning in effect. But has not happened during our stay. Phones in our room don't work and wanted us to install new phones when they drop them off. Tried ordering food last night and was not available. We will have to rethink ever staying here again.

"Love this hotel."

My family and I love coming to this hotel. First everyone that works here is so accommodating and helpful. The manager, Keith is extremely friendly and remembers returning guests. They have a water park for the kids which keeps them busy most of the day, happy hour and movies by the pool in the evening. This hotel is extremely clean and always smells so good. I would highly recommend this hotel and have, to many of my friends.

Internet service never worked. Tried different room, still didn't work. Bathrooms and beds were small. We stayed four days. The happy hour always started late and ended exactly at 7:30. Each night same foods, no variety. Need to change it up, no vegetables or cheese. Only pretzel, crackers hummus, ranch, burnt chips. Never kept anything stocked.
