Why is the hot water not working on my water dispenser?

Ensure the hot switch is switched to the on position. Check that the machine has not been overused. The machine may need time to re-heat if it has had a high volume of usage. If your machine dispenses hot water throughout the day but not first thing in the morning, it may be in sleep mode.

How do you turn on the hot water on a Primo water dispenser?

HOT WATER BUTTON – Press to unlock, then depress the silver dispense control to dispense hot water. Release to stop dispensing. EMPTY BOTTLE LIGHT – Blinks orange when the bottle is empty and needs to be replaced.
