My wife has always been a faithful user of this product. We have bought from this seller a few times and it has always been legit.Today, I opened the package that this product came in and it was open like in the picture attached. It was broken down in 3 pieces noting that the actual product isn't broken. There is 2 test for authentication, one is the qr code which is legit and the "Color changing" strip that was suppose to change in front of a magnet. That strip's color was changed without holding a magnet in front of it.The outer cover's security sticker was bent inwards so there wasn't anything holding the bottom piece which contains the product. See picture.Upon further inspection, the real product itself was sealed which was a good sign but the stickers all around it was different. The older product my wife has includes etched stickers, this product was smooth with no etching and the color seemed off compared to the older one which was a little bit sharper.I can't seem to find anything off about it since the product is sealed but this shipment is really suspect. My question to this seller is "Why is it like this?" Other than that, I think the shipping was fast.

This is my first time buying this product in the US since the one I bought in Asia is running out, because of COVID I'm staying in the states longer than I had planned so it's time to restock. I read some reviews saying that the package has been tempered or it's open when it arrives but mine looked fine from the outside.

However, once I opened the package I noticed the engravings on the top of the bottle have a slightly different font from the ones on my old bottle. The second thing is that this one also has a different scent, it's hard to describe but it feels stronger comparing to my old one. This one also gives you a lot of cream, I mean a lot. When I peeled off the the sealing I saw a FULL bottle of cream, almost overflowing the bottle. I don't recall my old bottle being this full?

Anyways, I got suspicious and wanted to return it since it's something that goes directly on my skin, but then I realized I can't return it even though it's Prime and "Amazon's choice" certified. I’m not saying that it's fake since I'm no expert, but the no return part really made me upset.

This cream has everything I've been trying to find in individual products: Snail Extract, Hyalaronic Acid, Niacinamide, and Horse Oil. It moisturizes wonderfully, has an extremely light scent, soaks in completely, and over time, if the ingredients are listed correctly, then it should brighten and even out skin tone, as well. After just a few days, I really love this cream.

Update: After two weeks of use, I am obsessed with this cream. I use it morning and night and my skin is glowing. Age spots are fading, complexion evening out, lines softer. LOVE this stuff. Truly.

This product is much better than I expected in this price.
I ordered it for my neck, but now I am using this for my face as well.
My face is really sensitive, and neck is so dry and sensitive,
but this product hasn't caused any trouble yet for 2 weeks' using.
It's helped my face and neck soft and calm.

I am gonna buy it again.

I bought this because i was getting the renewal version as advertised but boy, was i surprised..as you can see from my picture..it's not the renewal version! next issue was when i opened the jar, there's a big dent inside. as you can see it for yourself, the jar was not full.
