The staff is friendly, the food is good, and it’s a good place to go with friends, partners, parents, families or on your own. All the staff were wonderful. Great variety of delicious food options. For parents - the only downfall is I requested a crib ahead of time and it was made to sound like it wouldn’t be an issue. The night I arrived, there was no crib available so if you are dependent on one I would bring a playpen with you (they were able to get us one within 24hrs but this happened to a few different families we spoke to). Also - getting milk for our toddler was easy, they were able to provide us full cartons on request. Overall, so happy with our stay. The staff, the beach, the pool and the drinks were all amazing! Lastly, reservations at the a la carts restaurants go up at midnight and both Ayami and the grill sell out within minutes. The hotel is immaculate. The staff (everyone, I do mean EVERYONE) is super friendly, and always with a smile on their face. The "5th Avenue" concept is awesome (restaurants, bars, shops, etc all along a single central corridor). The only thing that I would like to see improved is increased capacity at the restaurants which require reservation. To get into those, you have to book as early as possible, or you're out of luck.
