To add someone to an account, the primary owner and the other person can visit a Chase branch together with two forms of identification. Alternatively, two applicants can both visit a Chase branch to apply in person for the joint account.
How do I set up a joint account with Chase Online?Choose "Add authorized user" and fill in their required information, choose "Next" Review information and choose "Add user" Provide the username to your authorized user - they will receive an email from Chase with a temporary password to sign in. To assign rights, start by selecting access level under each account.
Can you open a joint account online?Opening a joint bank account is similar to setting up individual accounts. Most banks will allow you to sign up online or in person as long as you have the required information for both owners.
Can you have a joint account with Chase bank?It also offers a fee-free debit card abroad so you won't be charged any fees by Chase when using their card when traveling, including for cash withdrawals at ATMs. The bank also doesn't currently offer joint accounts, so it won't necessarily work for everyone. The Chase debit card also doesn't have a number.
