Paying your premiums and your health insurance bills is easy. In order to further simplify the process for our members, we offer a variety of payment options for you to pay your bill and premiums. Explore the options below and choose a payment method that is most convenient for you. 

Pay your bills with one of the options below.

With the My Health Toolkit mobile app, your benefits information goes with you wherever you go. The app is available at no cost. To download it, search for My Health Toolkit in the App Store or Google Play.

Once you download the app, simply use the same username and password as you do to login through the website.

You can send a check or money order to us as outlined below. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately. Remember to include your member ID or account number.

For members with Metallic medical plans (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Catastrophic):

1 Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan product members can mail their monthly payment or set up an automatic monthly bank draft. If there are questions, please call customer service to discuss payment options. You can find the number for your plan on our contact page. Health Advantage conversion plans are not eligible for online, mobile, AutoPay or pay-by-phone payment options.

If you purchased an individual or family plan, or a BCNA Medicare plan, or are a Delphi member, spouse or dependent over 17, you can pay your monthly premium bill online.

Subscribers can set up recurring payments

If you’re the subscriber — the person whose name is on your Blue Cross ID card — it’s easy to set up recurring monthly payments that automatically pay your bill. Simply log in to your online account, look for Pay My Premium, and follow the instructions.

All members can pay month-to-month online

Any covered member over 17 can make individual payments online. You can pay for medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans. You'll need the following information in order to pay online:

  • Your date of birth, Social Security number, or subscriber ID number, also known as enrollee ID number
  • Your debit card, credit card or bank account information
  • A copy of your bill

Please note, it could take up to three business days for payments to be reflected in your account balances.
