This house has panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. The house features three oceanfront master suites all with an oceanfront balcony, private bathrooms w/ walk-in showers and one with a separate jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms plus a common half bath on the main level. The house also features a gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances including two ovens, two refrigerators and large bar top. The house has a large open upper deck off all of the oceanfront bedrooms and large main level covered deck with sitting area and uncovered area for sunbathing. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and living room has 60inch smart tv. House square footage is approximately 5200. Pool is 26' x 13 and 3' to 5' deep. bedrooms WITH VIEW as 3 families were splitting house so that worked out nice. Loved the additional ice maker! Very comfortable. Only negative. Beach Patrol will not allow any large shade apparatus. Apparently, it blocks life guards view but no life guards on beach?? We had a SHIBUMI for our whole family and not allowed to even put that up for shade. Our group had to all go out and buy more umbrellas which blow away when its windy. We get the tent rule but not allowing a SHIBUMI was silly!
Overall, we would come back again! queen beds and each had bathrooms. The whole top floor was a huge balcony it was stunning looking over the nice pool and the beach and ocean. The bottom floor was gorgeous the living room and kitchen as soon as you walk in it’s windows and ocean. Stunning. The porch was huge and very nice. Plenty of room for family to gather.
