Our representatives are available via phone Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CT), and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT) for Federal Employees. FEP Customer Service will be closed the first Friday of every month from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT). Our lobby hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

What is Anthem BCBS FEP?

For 60 years, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan, also known as the Federal Employee Program—or simply FEP—has provided health insurance to the federal employee workforce. We are proud to have been part of the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program since its inception in 1960.
