Just feeling "out of it". Sad, but mostly just an apathetic, vague sense of loss where it's hard to care about your sadness. "Missing everything" is about feeling disconnected from the world. The part about the girl and not remembering her name is about feelings of love and affection that are being dulled. The bit about the bully sounds very apathetic, like the character isn't sad or hurt, but just makes an objective, if pessimistic observation that the boy isn't happy, but nobody is. I'm not sure obviously, it's just the emotions it evokes in me.
